Mikado van Lieflandlaan

On the edge of Tuindorp you will find Mikado – a cosy and small-scale daycare centre where children from 8 weeks to 4 years quickly feel at home. We provide care for a maximum of 35 children in two horizontal groups: the baby group and then Group Green or Group Red for children from 15 months until they start primary school. In our large hall, children can climb and clamber to their heart's content in the playhouse or brave the real climbing wall. The nature garden invites exploration: rolling down the hill, pumping water or taking a bike ride. Resting on the swing is also possible. Every day is an adventure with us, in which children grow and flourish through play. Mikado is part of Mini Stek, an organisation that creates warm and safe places for young children. We have been a recognised daycare centre since 1 January 2010 and are registered in the National Childcare Register under number 130466049. Parents can therefore apply for childcare allowance. Our team of 14 pedagogical staff work daily from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm with great care and attention to the development of each child.
