BSO Kommelkwartier

BSO Kommelkwartier is located in Kindcentrum Aloysius at Brusselsestraat 46 in the centre of Maastricht. We provide after-school care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 13. Our team works closely with Sint Aloysius primary school, allowing children to move safely and familiarly from their classroom to the BSO loft in the same historic building after school hours. The spacious BSO loft is designed as an inspiring meeting place. Children can play, craft, build and paint here. Facilities include a small stage, a Wii corner, a hammock for quiet moments and a kitchenette for simple cooking activities. In bad weather the gym hall is available for sports and movement games. When the weather is fine we encourage children to play outside in the immediate surroundings of the centre. The location is within walking distance of the historic city centre and several playgrounds. Each group is guided by a fixed pedagogical staff member, ensuring every child receives the attention they need. Our aim is for children to feel at home after school, to share their stories and to discover new skills in a safe, homely atmosphere.
