Middelpunt

Welcome to BSO Middelpunt, located at Fonteinstraat 1 in the heart of Midlum. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 in a safe and familiar environment. Our team consists of familiar faces: Sandra Verhagen, Marianne Ponte and Celine Bergsma. They are ready every day to give your child a warm welcome. Our BSO is open Monday to Thursday. You can choose between a short session until 4.15 PM or a long session until 6.15 PM. We also offer flexible contracts, so you can always find a form of care that suits your family. We are open during school weeks and holidays, including study days. Everything revolves around play, movement and discovery. We use the school playground and our own outdoor play equipment daily. We regularly visit the playground in Midlum, always recognizable in our brightly colored vests. Inside we offer quiet corners for reading or crafts, and space for sports and games. We provide fruit, drinks and, during a long session, a healthy cracker. During holidays we provide food and drinks all day. Language and language play are central: our pedagogical staff speak both Dutch and Frisian. We stimulate language development in a playful way, so that every child feels seen and heard. Parents are actively involved through parent meetings and our parent committee. At BSO Middelpunt, children grow up in a safe, challenging environment where fun and development go hand in hand.
