Meerlaer

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Meerlaer, located at Sint Jozefstraat 1 in Rosmalen. We are part of Kindcentrum Meerlaer, a modern multifunctional center that has been housed together with primary school De Masten, childcare organization Kanteel and community center Ons Trefpunt in a beautiful new building since 2011. Our motto is "Normal where possible, special where needed!" Our BSO is specially designed for children aged 4 to 13. We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM (end of school) to 6:30 PM. During school holidays, our doors are open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, so children can also come to us during these periods. With us, everything revolves around having fun and relaxing after a busy school day. Children can continue playing here with their friends, have fun or quietly read a book on the couch. We believe it's important that children experience BSO as free time: almost nothing is mandatory, almost everything is allowed. Our pedagogical staff listen to the children's world of experience and connect with it. We regularly ask about their interests and translate these into fun activities and workshops that are announced on an activity board. This way, children can make conscious choices and carry out activities as independently as possible. We work closely with primary school De Masten, allowing children to walk directly to the BSO after school. Parents can register their child for our BSO as soon as it's clear they will attend De Masten. We do our best to offer every child a place so they can come to BSO together with their school friends. Our location offers a homely and safe environment where children feel at home. We have cozy indoor spaces and also regularly go outside. As a children's center, we believe in the power of collaboration and connection. We work intensively with parents, as together we are responsible for the development of each child.
