BSO de Maranatha

BSO De Maranatha is part of Kinderopvang Oldambt and is located at CBS Maranatha primary school on Hoogklei 7 in Winschoten. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who attend De Maranatha school or other connected primary schools in the Oldambt municipality. Our childcare service is characterized by maximum flexibility: you are not required to book fixed days, times, or a minimum number of hours per week. The minimum booking is just 1 hour per session. We collect children from most schools as soon as classes end and transport them to our BSO using our own insured minibuses and cars, driven by our qualified pedagogical staff and regular drivers. In the mornings, children who are brought early can have a sandwich with us. In the afternoons, we start with drinks and a biscuit together (a sandwich on Wednesdays and Fridays). Afterwards, each child is free to choose what they want to do. We offer a daily activity, but participation is voluntary. There is a quiet area for children who have homework. All our locations feature large outdoor play areas where children can play and move freely. During school holidays, BSO De Maranatha is closed. Children can then go to BSO De Reuzen, which has a huge outdoor area. During these holidays, we always organize several outings, such as visits to the cinema, an amusement park, zoo, or forest. It is also possible to book childcare exclusively during holidays. Our opening hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 52 weeks per year. We offer different rates: €10.44 per hour for flexible care, €9.73 per hour for 40 fixed school weeks, and also €9.73 per hour for holiday hour packages. Childcare requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
