Welcome to Mamasthee staat klaar, our after-school care located at Margrietlaan 1A in Stadskanaal. We provide care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12 years. Since May 1, 2024, we are officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 291399204 and are supervised by the GGD Groningen. At Mamasthee, the child is at the center of everything we do. We create a safe, homely environment where children can be themselves and discover who they are through play. Our childcare staff — many of whom are parents themselves with a pedagogical background — guide the children with love, safety, and passion. We believe in learning through discovery: children are encouraged to actively explore the world and develop their talents. Our location is small-scale and has a warm, family-like atmosphere. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times and are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This allows parents to rely on childcare that fits their work schedules and personal situations. Mamasthee staat klaar works closely with local primary schools, including Christian Primary School Anne de Vries, to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. We provide rest, structure, and a welcoming environment after a busy school day. Our mission is to offer children a second home — a place where they feel safe and valued, where they can play, relax, and grow. Together with parents, we ensure that every child receives the right guidance in their development.
