Welcome to Maatschappelijke kinderopvang BIJ B.V., our daycare centre located at Ampèrestraat 3 in Amersfoort. We are a young organisation that has been providing childcare in the heart of Amersfoort since 2023. Our daycare centre is officially registered in the National Childcare Register and has room for up to 40 children aged 0 to 4 years. The location is therefore fully geared to the very youngest: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers who can play, sleep and develop safely here. Our name says it all: we are competent, involved and compassionate. This means we connect as much as possible with the world of experience of the young child. We understand that it is exciting to say goodbye to mum or dad for the first time and that every baby, toddler and pre-schooler has their own pace and needs. That is why we work with small-scale groups and short, familiar lines of communication between parents and our pedagogical staff. It has to feel right the moment you walk in – a feeling that is hard to describe, but one you will recognise once you have experienced it with us. Our premises are designed according to the latest insights in safety, hygiene and sensory processing. We offer quiet sleeping areas, a large discovery table for sensory activities and a sheltered outdoor area where children can romp or simply sleep in the fresh air. We also work closely with parents to align nutrition, sleep routines and developmental goals.
