Welcome to LPS Childcare ’t Paviljoen, located at Meulenberg 6 in the heart of Ossendrecht. Together with primary school ’t Paviljoen we form part of the Lowys Porquin Foundation. This close connection means your child will continue to walk the same familiar corridors and see the same friendly faces, ensuring a seamless transition from childcare to education. For our youngest guests everything revolves around rest, security and personal attention. Our small-scale daycare group welcomes up to 46 children aged 0 to 4. The room is divided into cosy play and discovery corners tailored to each child’s age and developmental needs. We sing songs, play movement games and read aloud in our snug reading corner. The littlest ones have their own separate crawling and play-grass area where they can explore the world around them undisturbed. Toddlers work every week around a different theme from the Early Childhood Education programme Uk & Puk. In a playful way they practise language skills, social skills and fine motor control—naming colours, recognising shapes and listening to one another during circle time. We use natural materials and encourage imaginative play both indoors and outdoors. Our adventurous green outdoor space invites climbing, scrambling and discovery, and we regularly head out on short excursions in the local area. Parents can count on transparent and warm cooperation. We discuss daily how your child has slept, eaten and played. Nappy changes, bottle feeding and nap times follow the home routine. We maintain clear agreements about allergies, dietary requirements and any other care needs. Together we ensure your child feels safe, understood and happy—ready for the next step into the kindergarten class.
