Welcome to Ste. Marie toddler care, the daycare centre for children aged 2 to 4 in the heart of Huijbergen. We are part of LPS Childcare, an organisation that unites more than 36 locations for education and care. Our toddler care is housed in a beautiful, spacious hall in the St. Marie primary school building at Boomstraat 5. The great advantage of this location is that your toddler gets to know the primary school environment while playing: our children regularly do activities together with the infants in years 1-2, making the transition to primary education smooth and familiar. At Ste. Marie we follow the unique developmental stimulation programme Uk & Puk. Puk is your toddler's sweet friend and experiences recognisable, everyday adventures that always start from a current theme. Through thematic games, songs, rhymes and creative activities we stimulate language, numeracy, social and motor skills in a playful way. We believe in child-centred working: we look at what your child needs and tailor our activities accordingly. In this way, every child's curiosity and intrinsic motivation is kept alive. Our spacious hall offers inviting corners full of play opportunities. Toddlers can choose a book in the reading corner, do puzzles at the big table, build with blocks or enjoy imaginative play with peers. In addition, we have a safe, challenging outdoor playground with a slide, bikes and a tractor to race on. We go outside every day, because outdoor play is healthy and offers endless discoveries. We work closely with local sports, music and cultural associations. We regularly organise workshops and activities where children discover new talents. Think of a music workshop, a sports clinic or a creative expression. These collaborations make our offer even broader and more fun. In short: at Ste.
