Welcome to LPS kinderopvang Sancta Maria (kdv), located in the heart of Bergen op Zoom at Kloosterstraat 73. We provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location is part of the Integral Child Center (IKC) Sancta Maria, where childcare and education seamlessly connect. Every child is at the center of our attention. We believe each child is unique, with their own character and possibilities. To develop optimally, a child needs both safety and challenge. Therefore, we work with a fixed structure and familiar faces. Our pedagogical staff provide warm and involved contact with both the child and the parents. Our baby group is specially designed for children from 0 to 2 years old. From the safety and security of a low playpen or right in the middle of the space among other children, your child can peacefully discover the world. We offer a fixed daily routine, where your child's rhythm is leading. Individual attention is highly valued. We use the child tracking system KIJK! to monitor your child's development, and each child has their own mentor. For children aged 2 to 4, we have a toddler group. We work with themes that connect to the kindergarten groups, ensuring a smooth transition to primary school. Parents can choose between full or half-day care. The toddler care is also open five mornings a week from 08:30 to 11:45. We provide preschool education (VE) to further stimulate your child's development. Our permanent pedagogical staff ensure a safe, loving environment with structure and calm. Parent meetings and warm handovers support your child's developmental process. Our childcare is located in a separate wing of the primary school with its own entrance. We value connection with the city and its cultural and religious activities. The name Sancta Maria refers to the convent that stood on this site in the previous century. Catholic values are embedded in our identity, with mutual respect and learning together at the center.
