LPS childcare De Wegwijzer is located in the heart of the Brabant village of Lepelstraat, at Wethouder Bogersstraat 1a. We provide daycare for a maximum of 16 children aged 0 to 4. Our location is part of the LPS Childcare Foundation and works closely with De Wegwijzer primary school, creating a seamless line of care and development from baby to toddler. We use horizontal groups so that each age can grow at its own pace. For the youngest we offer quiet sleeping areas, bottle feeding and all necessary care. Toddlers aged 2 to 4 can join our toddler care programme Monday to Friday from 08:30-12:30. During these mornings we use the Uk & Puk programme to stimulate language, motor skills and social development through play. The children share a sandwich together and have plenty of room to move in our gym and on the secure outdoor playground. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day with personal attention and a warm, homely atmosphere. We believe it is important that children feel safe and seen so that they can be curious and explore. That is why we work from four pillars: Learning who you are, We do it together, Room to grow and Healthy & happy. This vision applies to all LPS locations and we translate it daily into small, real moments: singing a song, building together, playing outside or cuddling when needed.
