Levantjes Kinderopvang NSO Admiraal

Levantjes NSO Admiraal is our after-school care for children aged 4 to 12, located on the ground floor of the same building as the daycare centre at Admiraal de Ruijterweg 84 in Amsterdam West. The location has room for up to 46 children and has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 2015. Our spaces are cosy and clearly arranged, so every child quickly feels at home. Children are collected on foot from the primary schools in the immediate area. Behind the centre is a spacious, green playground where they can run, romp and play with friends after school. Inside we have several themed rooms. In the stage room there is a cupboard full of games and puzzles and the children can dance to their heart’s content. The adjoining craft room is stocked with all the materials needed for painting, drawing, cutting and sticking. Our cinema room offers space for a game on the Wii or a shared film; its use is linked to fixed times. Creative workshops are regularly organised in the studio, and a sand table with kinetic sand is ready for experimentation. Every day our cook prepares a fresh, hot meal. The children eat in small groups in the kitchen area or in the basement, where they can also play freely and plan joint activities with the pedagogical staff. Hand-over takes place in the kitchen area when you come to collect your child. Levantjes Kinderopvang only employs qualified professionals (PW3 or PW4) who provide a homely atmosphere full of love, care and routine. Our ASC is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:30 to 18:30 and on Wednesday from 11:30 to 18:30.
