Welcome to LeV location Het Ontmoetingshuis, our warm after-school care in the heart of Veenendaal-Oost. We are located in the vibrant Ontmoetingshuis at Spiesheem 54, where children aged 4 to 13 come together after school to play, discover and grow in a safe, Christian environment. Our team of dedicated pedagogical staff welcomes up to 33 children in two cheerful group spaces specially designed for elementary school students. As soon as the school bell rings, our adventurous after-school time begins. The toddler room transforms into a BSO play palace and the adjacent group room offers even more space for creative outbursts. In our craft studio, children saw, craft and clay with all the materials they can imagine. Prefer quiet play? Then there's a choice of barbies, cars, board games or magazines. We believe in the power of making your own choices, where each child can discover and develop their own interests. Outdoor play is part of every day with us. Our children romp on the large playground of the Ontmoetingshuis with climbing equipment, football field, bicycles and swings. We regularly make trips to playgrounds in the neighborhood, so that the children get to know their surroundings and discover new play areas. Our Christian identity is reflected in everything we do: we accept every child unconditionally, respect every background and work from love and trust. Together with parents, we create a safe foundation where children can discover themselves and the world. We work closely with schools in the area, including elementary school Tamim which is also housed in the Ontmoetingshuis. This collaboration ensures a smooth transition from school to after-school care and back again. Our familiar faces in the group provide familiarity and security, while we encourage children to grow positively in their development.
