Les Petits Robinson BSO t Brouwerskolkje

Welcome to BSO het Brouwerskolkje, our warm after-school care in Overveen! We are located at Korte Zijlweg 9 and provide care for children aged 4 to 12 years. We work with two fixed groups with a total of 33 children. Children are naturally creative and this is an important foundation in our pedagogical approach. We are inspired by the Reggio pedagogy, where we give children space to express themselves in their own way. Young children do not only communicate through language, but especially through movement, dance, clay, drawing and crafts. That is why we offer many creative activities daily, both indoors and outdoors. Child participation is very important to us. We consult a lot with the children about what they themselves would like. They actively think along about the layout of the spaces, the purchase of play materials and the range of activities. In this way they learn that their opinion matters and they develop self-confidence. At the end of the day, we offer parents the option of letting their children have a hot meal with us, provided there is sufficient interest. We work together with Moekes Maaltijd, which prepares 100% natural and fresh meals with seasonal products. For this service you pay a fixed amount per meal. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide the children with a safe and challenging environment where they can develop and relax after a day at school.
