KSH KDV Wereld op Zuid

Welcome to KSH KDV Wereld op Zuid, our daycare center located in a unique building in Rotterdam's Zuidwijk district. We are housed in the multifunctional building De Wereld op Zuid, where we work together with primary schools Christophoor and de Toermalijn, Pameijer, and Peuter & Co under one roof to support the development of children aged 0 to 4. Your child receives the attention they deserve in our world where safety and respect are the norm. We operate with baby groups, toddler groups, and two vertical groups where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and creates a homely atmosphere where every child can be themselves. Our educational program is based on 'Uk & Puk', a recognized program specially developed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. With ten themes that perfectly match the world of experience of young children, we stimulate broad development through active play. The doll Puk is the familiar playmate of the children and makes learning exciting and fun. Since November 2016, we have been a certified Lekker Fit location. Our pedagogical professionals have received special training for this, and we have our own exercise and nutrition coach. This way, we not only focus on cognitive development but also on a healthy lifestyle from an early age. With 48 childcare places, we offer a homely and safe environment where every child has the space to grow and flourish. We believe that children at this age learn best through play and discovery, based on their own curiosity and pace.
