Welcome to Ska Childcare Centre KrisKras, located in the heart of the Leusderkwartier district in Amersfoort. Our daycare centre is housed in a characteristic former school building in the middle of a vibrant residential area. Here we warmly welcome babies, toddlers and preschoolers up to four years old in a safe and nurturing environment where discovery is central. Our location has a modern appearance with lots of natural light. The doors to the various rooms are open, allowing children to move freely and go on adventures. We observe that younger children learn from older children and therefore develop more quickly. In our central play hall, the older children have plenty of space to play and grow. At KrisKras we love to go outside, even in less favourable weather. In our large discovery garden, children have all the space they need to move and explore the world. We search for small creatures, balance on tree trunks and play with branches and leaves. With our wagon carts we regularly make trips to the forest area 'Nimmerdor'. Discovering the forest together is something children truly enjoy with us. Additionally, we have our own vegetable garden at Childcare Centre KrisKras. Together with the children we grow various fruits and vegetables. We believe it's important that children learn where their food comes from. Our location is close to the lively Leusderweg. Together with the older children we go shopping, play at Stolberg playground and visit the fishmonger. At Childcare Centre KrisKras your child discovers the world! For more than 30 years, children have been our top priority. We help today's children prepare for a world where everything moves faster and faster. We do this by teaching them various new skills in an environment that invites play, discovery and growth.
