Kraaiennest

Welcome to Kraaiennest, our after-school care located within primary school De Ark in the heart of Daarle at ’t Caphorst 2. At Kraaiennest we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. We pick up children after school from De Ark and other nearby schools, allowing parents to work worry-free while their children are safely and enjoyably cared for. Our spaces are cozily furnished with various play corners where children can express themselves. We offer a varied activity program tailored to the age and interests of the children. Think of creative craft activities, cooking and baking in our kitchen, sports and games in the gym or on the playground, and regular fun outings to places like the forest, playground, or swimming pool. We believe it's important that children can freely develop and have fun in a safe and familiar environment. At Kraaiennest we work with a dedicated team of pedagogical staff who provide a warm welcome every day. We offer care Monday through Friday from 14:30 to 18:30. During school holidays and study days we are open from 7:30 to 18:30. We provide healthy lunches and healthy snacks so children have enough energy to play and explore. We value good communication with parents. Therefore, we keep parents informed through a parent portal and are always available for questions or consultation. Together we ensure that children feel at home at Kraaiennest and enjoy coming to the after-school care.
