Welcome to Liezenboerderij, a charming daycare centre located in a beautifully restored 1947 farmhouse at Larenseweg 102A in Holten. Under the Columbus Junior umbrella, we provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm and secure environment. Our location is centrally positioned and easily accessible. The farmhouse has been fully adapted for young children. In the rear section of the building, the daycare groups share a communal hall. The characteristic features of the farmhouse create engaging spaces with themed corners, allowing children to clearly see where they can play with which toys. We operate with horizontal group structures. Our youngest children aged 0 to 2 years are in the Betje Big group, while children aged 0 to 4 years can join the Jaap Schaap group. Toddlers aged 2 to 4 years have their own group called Kaatje Kip. This arrangement ensures age-appropriate activities and guidance. Our outdoor area is a true paradise for children. We have a special discovery garden with natural elements where children can climb, roll and play. A separate enclosed section is reserved for our youngest children, ensuring their safety. The large natural sandpit invites digging and building, while the pathway offers children opportunities to make independent discoveries. Liezenboerderij is a recognized VVE location (Pre- and Early School Education). We provide additional stimulation for children who need it, preparing them well for primary school. Our pedagogical staff are specialists in young child development and create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can develop optimally.
