De Zonnestraaltjes

Peuteropvang De Zonnestraaltjes is located at Het Stroink 60 in the Stroinkslanden district of Enschede. We provide care for children aged 2 to 4 on Monday through Thursday and on Friday morning. The centre is closed during school holidays. Our location features stylish, homely rooms furnished with plenty of wood and natural materials, creating a safe and inviting environment where toddlers feel at home and are free to play and explore. We follow an Early Childhood Education programme focused on language and speech development. Through play, children are introduced to words, sounds and stories. We also pay attention to social skills, independence and motor development. Our pedagogical staff monitor each child’s progress and tailor activities to individual needs. Outside we have our own playground where children can run, cycle, build sandcastles and discover what nature has to offer. When the weather is nice we spend a lot of time outdoors. For snacks we serve healthy refreshments and drinks, taking any allergies or dietary requirements into account. Groups are organised by age so that activities match the toddlers’ world of experience. Parents can choose a morning or afternoon arrangement; flexible care is available by arrangement. In this way we combine upbringing, play and learning in a pleasant way.
