Korein Ouverture 6

Welcome to Korein Ouverture 6, our daycare centre in the heart of Woensel-Noord. We provide professional day care for children aged 0 to 4 in a safe, homely environment where every child is given space to develop at his or her own pace. Our location at Ouverture 6 is bright, spacious and fitted with different corners that invite play and discovery. We work closely with primary school SKPO De Boschuil so that the transition from day care to school runs smoothly. At Korein Ouverture 6 we follow the VVE programme Startblokken. This programme focuses on language development, social skills and independence. Our pedagogical staff carefully observe the children and tailor activities to each child’s world of experience and developmental stage. Toddlers thus expand their vocabulary in a playful way, while the very youngest receive extra attention for attachment and trust. Our groups are horizontally arranged: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are in separate rooms so that we can tailor care and activities precisely to what is needed at that moment. Babies have quiet sleeping rooms with cribs and blackout curtains; toddlers can play in a safe discovery-home corner; pre-schoolers build, craft and sing in a space that invites cooperative play. Outside we have our own garden with a sandpit, bikes and climbing frames, where children can enjoy fresh air every day. Parents experience open and personal contact with us. We keep you informed via a parent app about naps, mealtimes and fun photos of the day. Our pedagogical staff are always ready to answer questions or provide extra explanation. Are you curious?
