Korein Muggenberg - Ekelpad

Welcome to Korein Muggenberg – Ekelpad, our green after-school location in Heeze. We are located right next to the woods, in the cosy log cabin of Scouting Heeze on Ekelpad. The forest is literally around the corner, so every afternoon we are outside: building huts, exploring paths, playing games and, of course, running and climbing. Children aged 4 to 12 (primary school groups 1–8) are welcome after school. We pick them up from De Muggenberg, De Wissel, De Regenboog and De Klimboom and bring them safely to the cabin. There, our pedagogical team offers activities tailored to each child’s age and development. We work in vertical groups so younger and older children learn from each other. Our programme changes daily: sports and games, creative workshops in our studio, cooking and baking over the campfire, seasonal celebrations and regular short trips in the local area. Fresh fruit, drinks and a warm meal are included, so parents know their child has eaten healthily and happily. Everything about the care is shared through the Korein App: photos, messages and the daily schedule. This way parents always stay informed about what their child has experienced.
