At the edge of the Bundertjes nature reserve in Helmond you will find childcare Korein Keizerin Marialaan. Our location is spacious, so there is plenty to experience. Besides our large animal enclosure, we also have a challenging Discovery Garden where - how could it be otherwise - there is lots to discover. Learning about nature and animals is central to us. Every morning the overalls and boots are ready, and the children help take care of our animals. We feed the pigs, listen to the birds and check if the chickens have laid eggs. With us, children learn to deal with animals and, more importantly, to respect nature. In our own forest, they can then romp around. Getting dirty is the best part. Everything we do is for the children. We stimulate independence and self-reliance, always keeping an eye on the individual. All our activities are focused on children from 0 to 4 years. We embrace diversity and are open to all cultures, so that every child feels welcome and valued. Together with the parents we form a close community where everyone feels involved.
