Welcome to Korein BuitensteBinnen, the after-school care centre on the grounds of public primary school BuitensteBinnen at Doormanlaan 1 in Son en Breugel. We provide care for up to 57 children aged 4 to 12 and have been registered in the National Childcare Register since 13 March 2024 under number 240011028. Everything we do revolves around being outdoors. Our name says it all: as much time as possible outside, inside at BuitensteBinnen. After school we head straight for the green playground, the Dommeldal valley or the play and exercise areas around the beautiful new school building. Children climb, jump, run and romp to their heart’s content. The natural surroundings challenge them to explore and move, which not only promotes motor development, coordination and balance, but also has a positive effect on appetite, sleep and concentration. All our activities are challenging and designed for outdoor play. If the weather occasionally forces us inside, we make use of the spacious, bright classrooms in the school, so the adventure never stops. After-school care is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:30 to 18:30. On Wednesday afternoons we welcome children from 12:30 to 18:30; this session takes place at Korein Jupiterstraat (BS De Stokland). During school holidays and study days we are open from 7:30 to 18:30. Before-school care (VSO) is also an option. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday children can join us from 7:30 onwards. Friday VSO is currently not offered; Wednesday VSO can be arranged on request at Korein Jupiterstraat. Our team of qualified pedagogical staff guide the children with warm attention and professional care. Every child is free to be themselves.
