Korein Avennelaan

Welcome to Korein Avennelaan, our after-school care location located in primary school De Diamant at Avennelaan 17 in Someren. We provide after-school care for up to 40 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register since August 28, 2017 under number 247690004 and is supervised by GGD Brabant-Zuidoost. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 18:30. During school holidays, we are open all day on these days with an extensive activity program. We pick up children from primary schools De Diamant and De Ranonkel using our own buses and taxis. Our pedagogical approach focuses on well-being and engagement. Every child can be themselves with us and gets space to develop their own initiative. We provide a rich, challenging environment where children can choose what they want to do. Our pedagogical professionals look at what each child needs at that moment and stimulate self-reliance, so children can discover the world in freedom and safety. We use the large auditorium and various classrooms of the school, including a large outdoor space. Our activities are varied and children have significant input in them. We regularly organize excursions and trips, both during school weeks and holidays.
