Welcome to Koningskind Kinderopvang Druten, located at Klepperheide 20 in the center of Druten. Since July 1, 2021, we have been providing professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our daycare center has a capacity of 24 childcare places and is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 229191484. At Koningskind Kinderopvang, we operate from a clear vision: we are an extension of your child's most important living environment - home. Our environment is fully tailored to your child's development. We use the adaptive developmental lines of the nearby school and approach children's development in a unique way. Our pedagogical approach is based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. We work with 8 different intelligences, which we call the "8 knaps": social-knap, movement-knap, language-knap, philosophy-knap, self-knap, math-knap, nature-knap and image-knap. By taking children's different talents and interests as a starting point, children can develop in their own unique way. This means we offer activities that match each child's natural curiosity and developmental stage. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide your child in a safe and stimulating environment. We provide preschool education (VVE), where we work on language development and other developmental areas through play. Children have ample opportunity to play in our spacious garden, where natural play is central. Our daycare center's opening hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing us to flexibly accommodate your childcare needs.
