Kolkkidz

Kolkkidz is a small-scale daycare centre located at Klaas Bootpad 2 in Alkmaar. We care for up to 15 children aged 0–4 in one vertical group, creating a homely atmosphere where every child receives personal attention. Our permanent staff – most of whom have been with us for over 14 years – work on fixed days. This continuity gives children the security they need to settle quickly. We follow our own vision: a child is never rushed; development happens when the child is ready. Through activities and individual guidance we gently stimulate growth on social, physical, emotional and intellectual levels. Indoors we offer games, themed days, arts & crafts and building activities. Children’s creations are proudly displayed throughout the room. When weather permits we use our safe, fenced outdoor playground or visit the nearby butterfly garden, always under supervision and with safety as our top priority. Daycare is available Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30; only full days. Registration is free and you can request a tour directly through our website.
