Dirk & Ko

Dirk & Ko is our daycare center located at Laan van Mecklenburg 30 in Breda. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to guide the youngest children in their development. We work with small groups so that each child receives the personal attention they deserve. A day at Dirk & Ko starts calmly. Children are given all the space to play, discover and grow at their own pace. We sing songs together, build with blocks, do puzzles and draw. We work with a clear pedagogical vision: learning and developing through play. Our experienced staff, such as pedagogical employee Hetty, closely follow each child's development. "The development of young children is very rapid. It's beautiful to see, each at their own pace and in their own way," she says. Our location is part of Kober, a professional childcare organization with more than 200 locations in West-Brabant. This means we combine the benefits of a small-scale, familiar environment with the security of a large organization. We are small at the front, but big at the back. This allows us to always provide expert support and think along with parents. We believe it's important that children feel safe and at home. That's why we have quiet sleeping areas, a safe play environment and a cozy group room. We provide healthy meals and snacks, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Parents are kept informed daily through our Parent App, with photos and messages about their child's experiences. At Dirk & Ko we work together on your child's development. We offer a warm place where playing, learning and parenting come together. Together with you as a parent, we ensure that your child can develop optimally.
