BSO Knikkebol dependance Dare! is a welcoming out-of-school care location of Children's Centre Knikkebol, located at Tochtwaard 22 in Alkmaar-Huiswaard, right next to primary school pcbs Dare! We provide childcare and education under one roof, allowing children to stay in one familiar place all day and see the same faces, which helps them feel at home more quickly. Our compact group accommodates up to 20 children aged 4 to 12. Two qualified, dedicated pedagogical staff members guide the children with personal attention and a challenging range of activities. After school, we start with a shared snack and drink moment. Children can then choose from various activities such as crafts, outdoor play, making music, board games, cooking, or simply reading on the couch. We work thematically in four-week cycles, tailored to the age categories 4+, 6+ and 8+. Sports and games are a daily feature, as we believe physical activity is essential for children's development. The premises are spacious and provide a safe play and learning environment. Thanks to our open-door policy, children can move flexibly between spaces. Knikkebol dependance Dare! collaborates intensively with pcbs Dare!, rkbs Regenboog Tochtwaard and obs Jules Verne. We pick up children after school and bring them to school in the morning. Our location is HKZ-certified and registered in the National Childcare Register under number 208660057.
