Knettershonk

Welcome to BSO Knettershonk, located at Fazantenkamp 162 in Maarssen. We are part of Kind & Co Ludens and provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location is divided into three age groups: group Koplopers for children aged 4-7, group Starlight for 6-9 year olds, and group Moonlight for 8-12 year olds. This structure ensures children play and learn with peers of similar age. Our spaces are colorful and homely. In our living rooms, children can play freely, engage in creative activities, build, or simply relax in various play corners. We regularly organize theme-based activities and sports challenges. Our pedagogical staff guide and stimulate each child's development at their own level. Outside, we have a large playground with play equipment and a table tennis table. Adjacent to our grounds are a basketball court and football field where children can enjoy themselves and develop their motor skills. We collaborate with primary schools de Tweesprong, Het Mozaïek, and De Zilvermaan, all located on Fazantenkamp. Children from these schools can come directly to us after school. For children from Mozaïekschool under 7 years old, Wednesday care is provided at BSO De Kanjers, after which they can transition to Knettershonk around age 7/8. Our location is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. During school holidays, we are open from 7:30 to 18:30. On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, we offer before-school care at Het Mozaïek from 7:30 to 8:30, accessible to children from all three schools on Fazantenkamp.
