Kinderopvang Kyra

Welcome to Kyra at the Vliervelden in Oosterwold! Our small-scale daycare is located on the first floor above Odin at Goethelaan 165 in Almere. We provide loving care for up to 20 children aged 0 to 4 years, divided across two group rooms. Every day we take the children outside to the forest or the park. The little ones snuggle in a sheepskin in the pram, while toddlers and preschoolers dress for the weather – boots on when it has rained so they can splash through puddles. All our food and drinks are organic and vegetarian. Around noon we serve a warm meal soup made from organic vegetables and grains, giving children healthy, tasty food and taking a worry off parents’ minds. At Kyra we value calm, space and respect for each child’s own rhythm. We work in small groups with familiar faces, creating a close, affectionate bond between child and educator.
