Welcome to Kleinschalige Kinderopvang Het Uilenbos, located at Sparrenlaan 76 in IJhorst. We are a small-scale after-school care facility (BSO) offering a warm and welcoming environment for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12. Our setting is nestled in a quiet village location, close to nature and play areas, allowing children to unwind, explore, and connect after a busy school day. We believe in creating a homely atmosphere where every child feels seen and heard. Our groups are intentionally kept small so that our professional staff can give each child the attention they deserve. We focus on emotional safety, personal development, and fostering a sense of belonging. Activities are tailored to the children’s interests and include outdoor play, nature exploration, crafts, games, and occasional cooking projects. During school holidays, we offer themed weeks and short trips to keep the experience fun and engaging. We partner with local primary schools in IJhorst and the surrounding area to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Children are picked up directly from school and brought to our location on Sparrenlaan. Kleinschalige Kinderopvang Het Uilenbos is a sole proprietorship with a strong commitment to children and families. We offer consistency, care, and a safe space for children to grow at their own pace.
