Kleine Sperwer

Kleine Sperwer is a toddler care facility operated by SKAR (Foundation for Childcare Arnhem and Region) located at Sperwerstraat 149 in Arnhem. We provide care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location is small-scale with a maximum capacity of 16 children per day, allowing us to give personal attention to each child. Our pedagogical staff are enthusiastic, committed and well-trained. We work with a development-oriented approach, based on the child's world of experience. We offer peace, structure and recognition, but also room for own initiative. Our activities are tailored to the age and development of the toddlers and take place both indoors and outdoors. We have a fantastic natural outdoor space where children can play and discover. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play, where children can experience nature and let their imagination run free. We believe it's important for children to spend time outdoors and connect with the natural environment. Kleine Sperwer is open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 08:15 to 12:00. We work with horizontal groups, where children of the same age are together in a group. This provides peace and recognition for the children and allows our pedagogical staff to properly meet the developmental needs of this age group.
