Kinderwoud POV Berneroefke

Welcome to POV Berneroefke, our childcare location in the Johannes Postschool at Jancko Douwamastraat 35 in Sneek. As part of Kinderwoud, we provide preschool care and toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location is ideally situated for families in the north of Sneek and surrounding areas, but of course all children are welcome. At POV Berneroefke we work with two toddler groups: the Matroosjes and the Piraatjes. In these groups we provide preschool education (VE), where we support children at their own level and pace in their development towards primary school. Our pedagogical staff are specially trained in providing preschool education and ensure that each child receives the attention they deserve. We have a spacious playground both in front of and behind the school, where children can play and discover to their heart's content. The location is easily accessible by both car and bicycle. A major advantage is that children from our toddler care can directly transition to the Johannes Postschool, which eases the transition to primary school. Our toddler care is open from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30. During these mornings, the children have lunch together at our childcare facility. We also provide preschool care from 07:30 to 08:30 for parents who need earlier childcare. Extended childcare is possible in many cases. At Kinderwoud we believe it's important that parents and caregivers think along with us and advise us about the care of their child.
