Kinderwoud KDV De Spil

Kinderwoud KDV De Spil in Ureterp provides daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Located in the multifunctional center 'De Wier' at De Skeauwen 16, which also houses a sports hall, youth center and music school. Our qualified pedagogical staff create a warm and colorful environment where your child feels safe and secure. We focus on learning through play, guided by our core values of Security, Individuality and Self-development. We provide a safe foundation where children can discover new things through play. Our activities focus on learning through play, movement, music and healthy nutrition - factors that scientific research shows have positive effects on children's brain development. We are a bilingual location where both Dutch and Frisian are spoken. We do this to playfully stimulate children in their multilingualism, which not only promotes language development but also social and intellectual development. We work together with SFBO (Sintrum Frysktalige Berne-opfang). Our daycare is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Extended care before 7:30 AM or after 6:00 PM is often possible.
