Kinderwoud Het Kompas

Welcome to Kinderwoud Het Kompas, located at Kattebos 144B in Heerenveen. As of January 2025, we offer all forms of childcare under one roof: daycare, toddler care, and after-school care. Our daycare is specially designed for children aged 0 to 4 and provides a safe and familiar environment where your child can explore and develop freely. We work closely with CBS Het Kompas, creating a seamless transition between childcare and education. Our location is housed in a charming cabin on the school playground, with plenty of outdoor space for play and discovery. We believe in the importance of outdoor time and nature exploration for young children. For the youngest ones, we offer early childhood education (VE), focusing on broad developmental stimulation. Our qualified pedagogical staff carefully plan activities that include music, language development, and learning through play. With a close-knit team of familiar faces, your child will always feel safe and at home. Diapers, care products, and warm meals are included. We also accommodate allergies and dietary needs.
