Kinderwoud BSO Het Zonnetje

Welcome to Kinderwoud BSO Het Zonnetje, located at mr. C.P.M. Rommestraat 6 in the De Zwette district of Sneek. Our after-school care section ‘Het Honk’ is situated on the upper floor of the building and is specially designed for children aged 7 to 12. The location is peacefully set in greenery, just a stone’s throw from OBS Zwetteschool, allowing children to join us quickly and safely after school. At BSO Het Zonnetje, learning through play is central. We work from four pillars: Learning through play, Movement, Music and Healthy nutrition. This approach is scientifically based and contributes to the development of the child’s brain and the discovery of unique talents. Our qualified pedagogical staff offer a variety of daily activities such as arts and crafts, sports and games, music and nature exploration. We have a spacious green discovery garden where children can romp and explore to their heart’s content. We believe it is important that every child feels safe and secure. Based on our core values of Security, Individuality and Self-development, we provide a familiar environment in which children can be themselves. We challenge them to grow in their own way and at their own pace, learn new things and make friends. After school we start with a quiet moment with some food and drink, after which children can choose from various activities or free play. BSO Het Zonnetje is also open during school holidays.
