Welcome to Kinderwoud BSO De Windbreker, located at Hugo de Grootstraat 2 in Sneek. We offer after-school care (BSO) and before-school care (VSO) for children aged 4 to 13. Our mission is to make every day a great day, where children feel safe, secure, and inspired. Our professional staff provide a homely and familiar environment where children can choose between relaxing or joining activities. We work with themes and offer activities that match the child’s development and interests. These include learning through play, movement, music, and healthy food — pillars that support brain and talent development. Children can take part in creative activities like arts and crafts, sports in the gym or outdoor playground, and music sessions. We also organize excursions and workshops. There’s plenty of room for free play, chilling, or reading. Each child is assigned a personal mentor who is the main point of contact for both child and parent. We pick up children from school and bring them safely to the BSO. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended care available until 6:30 PM. During school holidays, we offer full-day holiday care. We believe every child should be themselves. Guided by our core values — Security, Individuality, and Self-development — we provide an environment where children grow at their own pace.
