Welcome to Kindervilla Het Kootertje, our daycare center located at Leeuwenlaan 29 in Terneuzen. For over 30 years, we have been providing loving and professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. What started in a small building on Axelsestraat has grown into a beautiful renovated former kindergarten where we now care for 16 children daily. At our center, creating a sense of security is paramount. Through the homely atmosphere of our vertical groups, working exclusively with permanent qualified staff, and maintaining a regular daily routine, we help children feel at home as quickly as possible. Our qualified teachers, most of whom have level 4 qualifications or are in training, regularly attend refresher courses to deepen their knowledge of observation methods and activities that optimally stimulate children's development. Our large outdoor area provides ample space for play and discovery. We believe outdoor time is crucial for children and encourage this as much as possible. Each year we renovate parts of this area to continue offering children maximum challenge and variety. Learning and development happen naturally through play, supported by our preschool education program (VE) that optimally prepares children for primary school. We offer flexible childcare options that meet the diverse needs of parents. Whether you're looking for care for one or multiple days, we're happy to work with you.
