Kindercentrum Foxkidz Inghelosenberghe

Peuterspeelzaal Foxkidz Inghelosenberghe is part of the comprehensive school Inghelosenberghe and is located on the ground floor, right next to the kindergarten classes. We offer a safe, familiar place where toddlers aged 2 to 4 can play, discover and grow three mornings a week. Two of those mornings are paid, the third is free for everyone. Our spacious, bright group room is set up with different corners: a construction corner, a home corner, a reading corner and a creative table where we regularly do arts and crafts with paint, clay or paper. We work in small, horizontal groups so that every child receives the attention it deserves. Our permanent pedagogical staff know every child and know exactly what it needs. Each morning starts with a joint moment: we sing a song, count who is there and discuss what we are going to do that day. Then the children choose for themselves where they want to play. We observe, guide where necessary and offer targeted activities that connect with the world of experience of toddlers. Think of themes such as 'the forest', 'animals' or 'the season'. We regularly go outside: we have our own, fenced playground with sandbox, slide and bikes. At 10:00 we eat fruit together and have a drink. A little later it's time for the big cleanup and then we sit in a circle for a story or a game. Around 11:45 we get ready to be picked up. We work closely with the kindergarten teachers of the primary school, so the transition to group 1 runs smoothly. Would you like to know more?
