BSO De Vuurvogel

BSO De Vuurvogel is part of Kindercampus De Vuurvogel, a unique collaboration between childcare and primary school under one roof at Eikstraat 11 in Tilburg. Located in the cozy Bomenbuurt area in the heart of Tilburg, we provide childcare services right in the vibrant city center. Our after-school care is specially designed for children aged 4 to 13. We offer both before-school care from 7:30 AM and after-school care after school hours until 7:00 PM. During school holidays and study days, we are open all day from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, so parents don't need to make alternative arrangements. Children can play and explore for hours in our spacious location. We have a beautiful kitchen where children can develop their cooking talents weekly. The atmospheric spaces are furnished with cozy corners where children can sit to chat, read a book, or retreat for a moment. In our play and gym hall and in the discovery garden, children can move around and release their energy. We regularly organize educational excursions outside our childcare center, such as museum visits. Together with our pedagogical professionals, children create their own activity program, allowing them to playfully discover their interests and talents. Our activities range from sports and games to creative workshops and nature experiences. Through the unique collaboration with primary school De Vuurvogel, the transition to and from school runs smoothly. Our pedagogical professionals work intensively with the teachers, sharing one common vision and policy. This provides continuity and familiarity for the children.
