Welcome to Villa Kakelbont-Breda 1, our intimate daycare centre located at Willem van Oranjelaan 16A in the heart of Breda-South. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in one vertical group, allowing babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers to grow and learn together. The villa radiates a warm, homely atmosphere. Thanks to consistent, dedicated staff every child knows exactly who will be taking care of them. We follow each child’s individual rhythm: those who want to sleep, sleep; those who want to play, play. For the youngest we mirror the familiar routine of home, making the transition as smooth as possible. Baby care (0-2 years) is fully inclusive: formula, snacks, fresh fruit and nappies are all provided. Our baby group offers calm, regularity and lots of personal attention. The pedagogical staff are specially trained in infant care and recognise every developmental stage. Toddlers (2-4 years) receive extra challenges through toddler-gym sessions led by a qualified sports instructor. They practise walking, falling and co-ordination techniques in a playful way. We also organise dance and music workshops, children’s yoga and regular trips to the forest or playground right across from our door. Outdoor time is just as important as indoor time: fresh air, movement and natural stimuli support healthy development. Every day we serve a warm, freshly prepared meal by Herbs & Spices, specially designed for young children. In between, children receive fresh fruit and healthy snacks according to our own nutrition policy: minimal added sugars, salt or E-numbers. We warmly invite you for a tour.
