Welcome to Kinderopvang ’t Nest, location KDV de Doolgaard in Horst. We are located in Kindcentrum De Doolgaard, a unique place where daycare, preschool care and primary education come together under one roof. This means that children aged 0 to 4 not only receive professional care, but also become familiar with the school environment at an early age. The transition from our daycare group to preschool and later to primary school is therefore smooth and familiar. Our location has room for up to 46 children aged 0 to 4. We work with horizontal groups, where children play and develop with peers. Our pedagogical staff are well trained and provide activities that match each child's developmental stage and interests. We are officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and meet all national quality requirements. Parents can therefore apply for childcare allowance. We offer early childhood education (VE), through which we stimulate children in their language and speech development from an early age. Our spacious indoor and outdoor areas are designed so that babies, toddlers and preschoolers can play and explore safely. Thanks to the collaboration with primary school De Doolgaard, children already know each other before primary school, which contributes to a safe and familiar feeling. Kinderopvang ’t Nest is active in the municipalities of Horst aan de Maas and Venray. We believe in the power of collaboration with parents, schools and the neighbourhood. Together we create a nice place where children feel at home and where there is room for development, discovery and fun.
