Welcome to Kinderopvang 't Herdertje location KDV Dorpsstraat in the heart of Zwaag. Since 1984, we have provided trusted daycare for children aged 0–4. Our location at Dorpsstraat 123 has 92 places, divided into horizontal groups: a baby group (0–2 years) and a toddler group (2–4 years). This structure allows us to follow and stimulate each child’s development within their own age group. We work with the “’t Herdertje feeling”: love for every child is central. Our experienced pedagogical staff create a homely, safe environment where children feel secure. The toddler group “Kikker” is certified as a VVE group, offering early childhood education that prepares toddlers for primary school through play. We stimulate language development, social skills, and independence through targeted activities and daily routines. Our spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and discovery. We believe it is important for children to move, romp, and also withdraw quietly both indoors and outdoors.
