Welcome to BSO Noorderdracht, our spacious after-school care location on the edge of the neighborhood in Oosterblokker. From our backyard, we have a beautiful view of the windmill 'Krijgsman', a distinctive landmark that gives our location extra character. We provide both before-school and after-school care for up to 60 children per day, offering children aged 4 to 12 a safe and challenging environment. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to guide children in their development through varied activities. We combine sports challenges with creative expression and educational elements, responding to the children's interests. We regularly take out the cargo bike to explore the adjacent dike path together with the children, discovering and experiencing the nature around us. The location is specially designed to meet the needs of school-age children. We offer quiet corners where children can relax after an intensive school day, but also spaces where they can play and move energetically. Our outdoor area provides ample opportunities for outdoor play and nature experiences, while inside creative materials and play options are ready. For over 35 years, we have been active in child-safe care and have developed our expertise in guiding children during their free time. We work closely with the primary schools in the area to ensure a smooth transition from school to care. Our pedagogical staff are professionally trained and guarantee a warm, loving approach where every child feels seen and valued.
