Welcome to Partou Princenhoeve! Our after-school care is located in a charming, historic farmhouse at Liesboslaan 30-32 in the green Princenhage district of Breda. Sharing the grounds with our day-care centre, we welcome children aged 4 to 12 into a familiar, rural setting every day. As soon as the school bell rings our qualified staff collect the children from Sinte Maerte, De Boomgaard, De Eerste Rith and Kindcentrum De Avonturier. Wearing bright safety vests, we walk, cycle or take a taxi back to the farm. Once home, the children decide how their afternoon unfolds: building dens in the wooded play area, playing football on the grass, hide-and-seek among the trees or picking strawberries from our own vegetable garden. The harvest is turned straight into healthy smoothies or homemade soup. Inside there is just as much to discover. Different play corners invite children to craft, build, play games or simply relax with friends. Every day we create new, challenging activities based on the children’s own interests. Through the Partou app we keep parents updated on their child’s adventures. We also offer before-school care from 7:00 to 8:45, giving children a calm breakfast and playtime so they arrive at school on time and relaxed. During holidays and study days we are open all day from 7:00 to 18:30, organising extra trips and themed days. At Partou Princenhoeve every child feels seen and has the space to be themselves. Our strong pedagogical climate focuses on resilience and self-confidence. Together we make every day unforgettable.
