Kinderopvang Pinkeltje

Welcome to Kinderopvang Pinkeltje, located at Wilhelminastraat 2 in the heart of Angeren. We are a modern daycare centre with 40 places, officially registered since 23 October 2017 and part of Stichting Kinderopvang de Linge. Our mission is to offer every baby and toddler a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which they can develop to their full potential. At Pinkeltje we work with horizontally structured groups: the very youngest (0-1 year) receive all the peace and attention they need in a cosy baby group, while toddlers and pre-schoolers (1-4 years) play and learn in separate toddler groups. Each group has dedicated, qualified pedagogical staff with a maximum ratio of 1 to 6, ensuring every child receives the care they deserve. We provide pre-school education (VE): from the age of 2.5, children can follow at least 960 hours of developmental stimulation, fully tailored to their pace and interests. Our day is filled with music, crafts, reading, singing and, above all, lots of outdoor play. We have our own nature garden and playground, but we also venture out into the wider world: every week we visit the farmer, the baker, the butcher and the library by cargo bike or on foot. There is no such thing as bad weather; with proper rain and snow suits we go outside every day to explore and move. In addition, we regularly cook and bake together with the children, focusing on healthy food. Fruit, vegetable snacks and a hot lunch are included, as are nappies and care products. Bottle feeding is provided on request; parents who prefer a greener option can bring washable nappies. We believe it is important for parents and grandparents to be involved.
