BSO Mundo Prins Willem Alexander

BSO Mundo Prins Willem Alexander is located inside the Prins Willem Alexander primary school building at Noorderhagen 80 in Rotterdam. We provide out-of-school care for children aged 4 to 12, both before and after school, on teacher-training days and during all school holidays. The service runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., giving parents the flexibility they need. Children’s freedom is at the heart of our approach. We regard the time at the BSO as genuine free time in which children decide for themselves what they want to do. Our room is laid out as an inspiring studio with challenging play materials and plenty of space to relax. Children can craft, build, play or simply do nothing for a while. The group is small and manageable: a maximum of 22 children per day, supervised by two experienced pedagogical staff members. Our Activity Team visits regularly to run workshops in sport & games, nature and creative activities. During holidays and study days we celebrate even more: excursions, creative projects and special activities are scheduled. We also use the immediate surroundings; the school playground, the nearby green park and play area offer plenty of space to run, explore and play together. Kinderopvang Mundo has worked with Prins Willem Alexander primary school for many years. The school and the BSO form one integrated children’s centre, so children remain in their familiar environment. Parents arrange care directly with us via our website or at ouderkind@mundo.nl.
