Daycare Moederskind at Balijelaan 54A in Utrecht provides care for up to 50 children aged 0 to 4 years. We operate two baby groups (0-2 years), one toddler group (2-4 years), and two mixed-age groups (0-4 years). Our baby groups 'Welpjes' and 'Beertjes' offer peace and consistent caregivers for up to 8 children. The toddler group 'Tijgertjes' accommodates 14 children where first friendships develop with special attention to language development. Our mixed-age groups 'Aapjes' and 'Dolfijntjes' function like a large family where children of different ages play together and learn from each other. At Moederskind, warm and respectful communication is central. We believe every child is unique and give children space to develop into social, independent individuals with sufficient self-confidence. Our pedagogical staff create situations where children feel comfortable, safe and secure. We work according to the vision that raising children means guiding them towards adulthood, where the role model function of the caregiver plays an important role and mutual trust is central. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register since September 1, 2011 under number 204948782. We meet all national quality requirements for childcare and are supervised by the GGD Region Utrecht. Parents can apply for childcare allowance for care at our location. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
