Welcome to Kinderopvang Mathil – Staphorst BSO, located at Ebbinge Wubbenlaan 41b in the centre of Staphorst. Since 1 November 2015 we have been providing professional after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. In December 2019 we became the owners of the building, and after a complete renovation in 2020 we now have even more space and comfort for every child who comes to play and relax with us. Our BSO is all about unwinding and having fun after a busy day at school. We collect the children from school—on foot or with our own minibus—so parents can work without worry. The children decide what they want to do: play outside, join in a game, read quietly or take part in a workshop. Activities are there to enjoy, not to be compulsory. Everything is guided by qualified, enthusiastic pedagogical staff who know how important it is for every child to feel safe and seen. We are also open during school holidays and study days, offering special programmes where spending time with friends is the main focus. Parents stay informed through our Parent App, where we share photos and stories so you can share in your child’s experiences. Enrolment is easy via our website. After a no-obligation registration we invite you for an introductory meeting. During the intake we discuss everything about your child, from food to specific wishes. We work according to a clear pedagogical policy plan, based on Christian values, in which the well-being and development of every child are central.
