Welcome to Kinderopvang Mathil – De Zaaier Peutergroep, located at Zandspeur 11 in Nieuwleusen. We are a Christian childcare organisation that has been committed to the upbringing and development of children in the region for over 25 years. Our toddler group is specially designed for children aged 2 to 4 and offers places for up to 16 children per day. We work with small, horizontal groups so that every child receives the peace and attention they deserve. With us, everything revolves around learning through play in a safe, homely atmosphere. Our certified pedagogical staff follow the VVE programme ‘Startblokken’, through which we stimulate language, numeracy and social skills in a playful way. We work thematically: each week focuses on a different topic, such as seasons, animals or traffic. Each theme includes creative activities such as crafts, singing and reading aloud. The children receive a healthy snack and drink daily, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Our spacious group room is cosily furnished with different corners: a construction corner, a reading corner, a home corner and an art studio. We have our own, secure outdoor play area with natural play equipment, a sandpit and a water table. Here the children can play freely, but we also consciously make time for exploring nature: looking for leaves, observing insects or planting flowers. Indoors we follow fixed daily routines, with rest and regularity at the centre. We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, so parents can flexibly choose what suits their family best. Kinderopvang Mathil – De Zaaier Peutergroep is there for your child and for you as a parent. We believe it is important that you feel at home and keep you informed of your child’s development through a parent portal. We work closely with primary school De Zaaier, ensuring a smooth transition to the reception class. Together we give your child a warm, stimulating start!
